Joinus at Creative Alliance on May 9th for a 7-hour stitching marathon. This is along-haul craft hang raising money for Movable Feast, the Baltimore nonprofitproviding food security to our critically ill and homebound neighbors andcommunity members.
For seven straight hours, we’ll crochet, knit, sew, weave, mend, and crafttogether. All fiber arts and skill levels welcomed! Then show up on the 9thfor the full stretch or drop in when you can, it’s all about collective impact.Expect joyful conversation, steady stitching, and the kind of energy that onlyhappens when people make things together.
This is craft as care and solidarity. Every stitch helps keep our neighborsnourished and supported. Register and raise money for this amazingnon-profit with your team. Sign up with friends as a team or come onyour own. We’ll also have a silent auction opening the week before andending at 7pm the night of the event, when we tally the funds raised. Music,project show and tell, and skill-shares will keep the creative energyflowing all day.
