In order to provide the best service to clients, and schedule meal deliveries in a timely manner, we must temporarily pause acceptance of referrals.

Beginning 10/05/2026, we will temporarily stop accepting referrals for our general acute services. Please note that all referrals submitted prior to the close date will be processed in the order received, and you will continue to receive communication from our team with any updates. We will assess our capacity, and updates will be provided monthly as to our ability to re-open applications. The status of application acceptance will be on our website, and you will receive updates at this email address as long as you do not unsubscribe. In the meantime, additional resources may be available to assist your clients. Please call 211 or visit https://www.findhelp.org/ for additional assistance for the clients you are working diligently to serve.
