Who doesn't love to snack? Snacking can also keep you healthy. As an HIV/AIDS or breast cancer patient, you might struggle with weight loss problems because of treatment or illness. Snacking regularly throughout the day can help you maintain a healthy body weight. Try some of our nutritious snack ideas below! Finger Foods Tuna, peanut butter, or cheese sandwich Cheese and crackers Bagel with cream cheese Dairy Snacks Cottage cheese and fruit Instand breakfast drink with milk Ice cream with topping Yogurt Fruity or Veggie Snacks Baked potato with cheese Dried fruit and nuts Fruit salad mixtures (see below for recipe!) Sweet Snacks Graham crackers with frosting or peanut butter Cereal with milk Muffin Eggnog and cookies Pudding with vanilla wafers FRUIT SALAD MIXTURES 1. Cut apples, oranges, bananas, and graphes.
