Who doesn't love to snack? Snacking can also keep you healthy. As an HIV/AIDS or breast cancer patient, you might struggle with weight loss problems because of treatment or illness. Snacking regularly throughout the day can help you maintain a healthy body weight.

Finger Foods

Tuna, peanut butter, or cheese sandwich

Cheese and crackers

FRUIT SALAD MIXTURES

1. Cut apples, oranges, bananas, and graphes. Blend with yogurt, nuts, and a dash of cinnamon.

2. Put orange slices, pineapple, and bananas in a bowl. Sprinkle coconut on top.

3. Mix grapes and strawberries with brown sugar and sour cream.
